Attalos Arcade @ ancient agora

(Photo and caption by one of my best friends, Apostolos "Captain Jumbo" Chatzidimou. Visit his blog)
The Attalos Arcade on a sunny athenean noon. Here used to be the heart of the ancient agora. The place where Socrates and fans used to gather and talk philosophy. Nowdays, harmony is hosting guests on their way off Acropolis just before they hit a cold coffee break at the nearby modern cafe.

Tanty, thank you for your comment.

Kris, the building is actually a reconstruction based on the original ancient arcade.

Andreea, welcome and thanks. Both your blogs (Brussels and Food) are perfect.
