What is Adam Sandler doing in Piraeus?

This is the side of Karaiskakis Stadium, home field of Olympiakos F.C.
The banner on the right calls for fans to become (paying) members of the club. Something like shareholders minus the shares. The poster on the left is Adam Sanlder trying to change channel now that the team is losing match after match.
An (outdated) satellite photo from wikimapia with the stadium still under contruction. It must be spring of 2004.

Hello neighbor, Athens was so close and yet so far away from Bulgaria at the time...

But I managed to visit and keep fond memories

Now I'm at the other side of the world...

Been a long time since we exhachanged visits, but after your amazing xompliment, here I am! You know, I saw Olimpiakos play West Ham in London in the European Cup Winners Cup in 1964, when I was a baby! I think the Hammers won 4-0, but they had Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst & Martin Peters, who all won the World Cup for England 2 years later.
Not going well in the Champions League, is it?

Sometimes, my typing is absurd. But I like the word "xompliment". It's even bigger than just'compliment' :)) And thanks again.

I've always been amazed by the Greek alphabeth. A friend of mine studied Greek for a couple of years and I tried to make her teach me a couple of words with no luck!

Greetings from Chile
