This is Apollo the guitar-player, a statue on the front of Athens Academy, one of the most beautiful neoclassical builidings in the world.
The Academy was completed in 1881 from Teofilo Hansen's architectural designs, executed by Ernst Ziller. It's the most heavily decorated such building in Athens.Academy of Athens
